I received an initial letter regarding my PCTOOLS web page from Terry Leeper, back in mid-December of 2001. There was an intervening phone call between us early on, but here's the written dialog. EMail Exchange
My last letter did not garner another response from Terry. Perhaps I pressed too hard or otherwise offended him. To date, I've not heard anything further on the subject from him or anyone else from Microsoft trying to make official contact.
